Summary

Job Purpose

Operation and Maintain of the Southern Water Sewerage network, responding as a Lone Worker first
Response to any Related blockages and customer issues regarding the public sewer network and its maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

High Pressure Jetter Van Pack Operative response to blockages and maintenance.
Customer and Client liaison.
Incident Reporting and escalation with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Look See Push Rod CCTV surveys and reporting.
MS Windows based digital sewer incident reporting.
Confined Space entry and Safe Practices
Responsible for a proactive approach to SHEQ/H&S/ POWRA Risk Assessments and carrying out works in a safe and Productive manner
Driving of company vehicles/Valid driving Licence for role applied for.
Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post.

Personal Attributes

Requires a customer focused approach to ensure a productive working day, working alongside colleagues and Client representatives. The ability to work as a lone worker or part of a busy 24/7 team.

Experience an advantage in;

High Pressure Water Jetting WJA
First Aid
NRSWA Street Works
Confined Spaces

1 in 4 week shift rota of a Normal Shift/Late Shift/ Late and Standby Shift and Normal Shift.

Normal Mon-Fri 07:30-17:00/ Late Shift Mon-Fri 10:00-19:30/ Standby-Late M-Fr10:00-19:30 and also out of hours and Weekends
