The Women’s and Children’s Quality and Safety Administrator is a key member of the Women’s and Children’s Division in the facilitation and implementation of a wide range of administrative duties. The post holder will contribute to the effective administration and day-to-day activity associated with the work across the Quality & Safety Team.

The overall purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive and effective administrative support to the Quality & Safety Team to include our Divisional Digital Services Team and the Practice Development Team.

You will provide essential administrative support to the Women’s and Children’s Quality and Safety Team process’ in relation to arranging meetings, agenda’s, recording minutes and action plan creation and development which take place daily, weekly and monthly.

You will support the Divisional Quality and Safety Managers by providing administrative support to divisional clinical governance arrangements, including relevant monitoring, updating the Datix system, uploading documents, producing monthly governance meeting agendas, attending meetings, and producing detailed minutes where required

You will support the Divisional Quality and Safety Team in giving effective internal and external communications advice and support to colleagues across the Trust to help deliver the Division’s Risk Management strategy and Trust wide Key Strategic Objectives.
