Summary
Rapier Employment are recruiting for a Repair Technician to join our clients Operations team on a temporary to permanent basis due to their recent expansion.
Salary: £15.50 per hour
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Expected hours: 45 hours per week
Duties include but not limited to are:
- Keeping products and inventory in good order.
- Manage their tools and spare part stores, keeping track of all tools issued and returned.
- Work with management to test new equipment ideas and bring those chosen to life.
- Work with their international colleagues to establish a repair process in the UK.
- Ability to travel to field location as needed.
- Compile work summaries - daily, weekly, or as needed and report to management.
- Use of hand tools to clean, repair, rework, construct, and assemble damaged or scrap parts for additional use.
Required:
- Good interpersonal skills to work in a team environment, but also be able to manage own workload.
- Experience with hand and power tools including but not limited to drills, chisels, circular saws, jig saws, routers, grinders, and plastic welding extruders.
- A full UK driving licence
- Bobcat licence

- CSCS card
- A21 Wheeled Loader Licence
