Morrison Water Services part of the M Group Services Water Division are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK. Caledonia Water Alliance is a Joint Venture alliance between Aecom and Morrison Water Services to support the delivery of Scottish Water's SR21 Capital Investment programme. Which is responsible for the delivery of a £700M water and wastewater infrastructure programme over a 6 year alliance framework.

As a Site Agent you will be part of our Operations Team who are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our wastewater and water infrastructure and civil engineering projects.

As the Site Agent your duties & responsibilities will include:

- Manage a site supervision team on a large value or portfolio of projects
- Ensure all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedure and drive a strong Health & Safety and quality focus culture
- Undertaking site safety audits and ensure that the site teams undertake their own audits
- Thorough perceptive of the project commercial position and efficiency targets and ensure that project costs are recorded and utilised efficiently
- Identifying areas where the client should be made aware of issues through the EWN system
- Ensure that materials have been procured and delivered and labour has been planned in accordance with construction programme
- Liaison with the project teams to feedback on milestones and issues that arise and/or ensure that the teams on site contact the project teams
- Manage subcontract packages of work and ensure sub-contractor construction programme are adhered to, identifying and reporting areas of concern/delay.
- Management of private land access and highway possessions
- Manage work fronts in local communities and ensure a positive approach to dealing with members of the public

Do you hold a Civil Engineering degree or similar qualification?

Have you gained management experience within the construction industry?

Do you have a full UK driving Licence?

Are you qualified in SHEA Water?
