Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to work on our Caledonia Water Alliance contract based in our Stepps office.
Caledonia Water (CWA) is a joint venture alliance between Aecom and Morrison Water Services (MWS), supporting the delivery of Scottish water’s SR21 Capital Investment Programme. We are responsible for the delivery of a pan Scotland £700M water and wastewater infrastructure programme over a 6-year alliance framework.

As a Project Manager you will be part of our Wastewater Projects Team. Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of clean water projects. You will be part of our Operations Team who are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our water infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
You will ensure projects are delivered in a safe, efficient, timely way, and promote best practice in quality management. You will communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions. You will be required to work closely with the Commercial Team to understand project LBE/target.
Ensuring compliance with environmental processes and procedures. Delivering excellent customer service and achieve above target customer satisfaction scores to minimise/reduce the number of complaints received. Increasing productivity, without compromising on safety and continuously drive efficiency. Assisting in maximising cash collection, minimising work in progress and delivering targeted margin.
Do you have a degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction?
Have you completed management training, such as Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5, or equivalent?
Do you hold NEBOSH National Certificate (General or Construction), and Water Hygiene?
Are you experienced in working in the water industry? This is essential for this role.
Do you have a proven track record in leading multidiscipline teams?
Can you deliver against operational targets?
Are you commercially aware and engaged, and able to build relationships with key client and supply chain contacts?
Can you deliver the highest health and safety standards, with excellent customer service?
Are you experienced in an operational role, managing designers and subcontractors?
