Summary
An experienced Rider is required to join the friendly team. Small successful flat racing stables in the Cotswolds.

Successful family yard with the opportunity to progress. Full time 40 hours per week week end off. 45 Hours week end working. Expenses. Insurance. Bonuses. Nice horses to ride and look after. Excellent facilities top wages and CORRECT hours (starting at 7am to 12.30 then 3.30 to 5.30). Riding 2 to 4 horses a day.

Training
All training will be provided on
site during your paid working hours.
Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination
of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training
Trainer Coach.
Qualifications required

A
GCSE or equivalent pass in English and maths is beneficial but not
essential. If you do not have passes, we
will support you in achieving your Functional Skills English and maths
qualifications alongside your apprenticeship.
Skills required
Experience with horses/racehorses is essential. Please note that applicants with no experience will not be considered for this position.
Prospects
Possibility of Level 3 Senior Equine Racing Groom Apprenticeship on completion of Level 2, Future prospects of developing a career in the racing industry.
Qualification / Standard : ST0166 Equine groom
