Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Chef de Partie onto our team.
As Chef De Partie, you will be required to:
• Control the quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation
• Control sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to ensure the highest quality
• Respond to customer queries/ complaints in a kind and respectful manner
The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work.
