An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for An Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building located near Cambridge as part of a team on site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance .
The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in Electrical / Mechanical maintenance of a commercial building.
Hours of work
08:00am to 17:00pm
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- AHU's / FCU's
- Water Treatment - Tap Temps, Flushing, Log books
Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing
- 17th or 18th Edition ( if electrical )
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
