Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Working Hours: 36.25 hours per week (5 days out of 7 - including every second weekend on a rota basis)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months initially
Location: Midlothian (EH18) - Office based

Duties:
- Engage customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
- Deliver best-in-class service to customers through great interactions and effective delivery.
- Use initiative and quick thinking to solve issues promptly.
- Proactively identify any possible improvements to team processes.
- Meet internal service level KPIs.
- Support team members and store teams as required.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- High level of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player, working considerately with others.
- Customer-obsessed mindset.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and work under pressure.
- Passionate about delivering the right experience for customers.
- First-class written, editing, and communication skills.
