Summary
Part time Cook required for a medium sized Residential Care Home in Chatham.
The ideal candidate will have experience of catering and knowledge of the standards and regulations, required to work in a care setting. The cook will produce wholesome, homemade foods daily. They will be responsible for helping plan the menues, ordering supplies and liaising with the residents to discuss dietary requirements.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, a good communicator and shows dignity and respect to others.
They will need to have some knowledge of different dietary requirements, including, Diabetes, IDDSI, Dementia.
As a cook you will be catering for up to 30 residents and staff.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure.

Full training and induction will be given upon commencement of employment.
