Summary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the CEO and Office Manager. To play a vital role who contributes to the overall success of our company.

Scope of the role
The role of the Sales Administrator is to oversee various sales activities to ensure that the company stays up to date with its sales targets and strategies. You will support the MD, ensure that certain aspects of the company are developed and maintained, these include, but are not limited to; developing and maintaining a sales CRM package, contacting customers by telephone and email and sending information, dealing with customer queries, send quotations and chasing up quotations and helping to organise promotional stock for exhibitions and possible attending exhibitions.

Main responsibilities
· Respond to customer enquiries, send information as required.
· Generate quotations and chase up quotations.
· Manage the customer database and help implement a new CRM package – this includes calling to check current names on the database.
· To liaise with relevant departments as necessary.
· Help with the preparation for exhibitions.
· To ensure that all your work is carried out to ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance standards.
This list is not exhaustible and other duties may be requested for you to perform, by the Managing Director.

· To work closely with the team, customers and outside support to ensure the highest standards are met and within deadlines.

General
· To ensure a positive image of the company is portrayed at all times to both internal and external customers.
· To attend training as required for your role.
· To ensure the Quality Management Policy Statement is adhered to.
· To adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
· To build a good relationship with our customers, our design and marketing external team.

Technical skills / experience
· Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
· Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
· To be a good analyst, to be able to look at company sales trends and website analytics.
· To be able to speak confidently and have a friendly manner on the phone when dealing with customers queries.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
· Have an excellent knowledge of products (training will be given).
