Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef onto our team who will:
• Supervise other sous chefs in the kitchen, offering support and guidance when necessary
• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to always ensure the highest quality.
• Develop formal training plans and supervise on-the-job training sessions for all food production employees and kitchen related staff.
• Observe the health, hygiene, fire, and other legal and statutory requirements affecting the kitchen.
• Previous culinary experience is desirable
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, will be able to lead by example, and have superb attention to detail.
