Our client is currently looking for a well experienced Childrens Residential professional to take on their OPS Manager position in North London. Due to company expansion and growth, this well established provider is looking for a OPS Manager to oversee the Management of 6 of their homes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the welfare and safeguarding of children, ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented consistently across all residential homes under their purview. You must possess a nuanced understanding of child development and trauma-informed care, guiding your team in providing holistic support tailored to each child's needs. Additionally, the Operations Manager should exhibit strong leadership qualities, inspiring trust, motivation, and professional growth among the managerial team.

You will oversee recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. In essence, the Operations Manager in children's residential homes, amidst expansion, represents a critical steward of both operational efficiency and compassionate care, shaping a nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their fullest potential.

The Benefits:

Successful Applicant:

• Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People
• Experience of Managing a Children Home and ideally Management of Managers
• Handles pressure with ease
