Are you a passionate Manager experienced working within learning disability and mental health?
Purosearch are looking to find a Registered Manager for a residential care home for a small and intimate Care Home registered for 25 Resident's providing long-term residential care to individuals with Mental Health condition and Learning Disabilities. The home is rated Good' with CQC.
This job opportunity would suit someone with drive and commitment who likes a sense of achievement and job satisfaction. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the service ensuring that targets are achieved whist providing the highest standards of care. As a result knowledge of budgeting, marketing and resource management is an essential requirement along with the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
