The Grand Burstin is a massive 481-bedroom hotel that provides guests with a wide range of dining options, with an impressive view over Folkestone harbour, the Harbour Restaurant is the perfect setting for a buffet breakfast. We also offer lunch and dinner, with a carvery option as well as toasties and ciabattas for a lighter meal. Alternatively, guests can upgrade to the Victorian Restaurant which showcases our Premier dining options, where we offer a variety of dishes on our a la carte menu, made up of our chef’s specialities.
Due to expansion, we are looking for a Chef to join us on a casual contract.
As a Chef, you will be required to:
• Be team players whose culinary skills and work ethos help to deliver exceptional standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Produce dishes of the highest standards
• Ensure the kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience and have an exceptional attention to detail.
