The Vehicle Technician role at LONDON HYBRIDS LTD is integral to our operations, ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. Main duties include:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and service (e.g., oil changes, battery checks, and alignments).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems, focusing on hybrid and electric vehicles.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Stay informed of new technologies and methods in vehicle repair, especially for hybrids and electrics.
- Provide excellent customer service, including explaining vehicle issues and repairs.
Education:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, with a strong background in hybrid and electric vehicles preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
- Ability to work on a variety of vehicle systems, both mechanical and electrical.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous learning.
