Position: Groundskeeper/Handyperson/Cleaner
Industry: Hospitality Services
Location: Murcott, Oxfordshire
Type: Full & Part-Time with Flexibility for Weekends
Responsibilities:
Cleaning: Perform cleaning duties to uphold high cleanliness standards throughout the property. This includes guest accommodations, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Processing laundry for external service providers.
Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is in excellent condition. This could include but limited to minor repairs, painting, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues promptly. Liaising with external service providers.
Groundskeeping: Maintain the grounds, including landscaping, accommodations, and general upkeep to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Assistance: Provide support during events or busy periods as needed, ensuring that all aspects of the property are well-maintained, and guests are happy.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role/work.
- Strong skills in maintenance and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and tasks related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and gardening.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be local to be on-call out of hours, if required.
