Summary
To conduct workplace inspections, observations & monitoring - complete & distribute written reports & feedback
To ensure action plans are communicated with the client, completed & reviewed as necessary.
To provide support/guidance & undertake risk assessments & document them as per clients’ requirements.
To provide classroom training by Power-point & onsite by TBT.
To develop training materials & tests to ascertain understanding.
Attend meetings with new & prospective clients to review operations & to assist in developing remedial measures where necessary.
To advise on, write & revise policies & procedures for clients.
To be responsible for providing support & advice to clients/staff on all related issues, ensuring all legislative compliance is reflected in documentation & policy.
Attend the office & site to deliver training, meet with company clients & internal staff.
Working from home is an option when writing reports & NVQ assessing – once training has completed.
