Pay Rate: £12.39 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

Role Length: This opening assignment is for 2months

City: Beverley, Yorkshire, East Riding

The purpose of the role is to deliver information advice and guidance to customers, service users and organisations, to ensure they have the necessary and appropriate information and support to access and interact with Council Services.

Qualifications:

GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Mathematics and English or equivalent qualification / experience.



Skills & Experience:

Experience of working in a service delivery environment.
Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Experience of handling customer/People’s feedback. (Coordinating, complaints, comments and compliments).
Knowledge of data protection legislation and its application.
Knowledge of feedback and customer management practices.
Knowledge of feedback and customer management practices.
Ability to interpret legislation and communicate it to a range of audiences, providing supporting advice as appropriate.
Is organised, thorough and accurate, problem solver who works on own initiative.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
