Summary
Weekend Breakfast Caterer Location: Carlisle Hours: Saturday & Sunday 07:00 - 12:30 Weekend Breakfast (Sickness Cover) caterer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service during weekend hours. This position requires reliability, confidence, and the ability to work independently once trained. You will be responsible for operating till systems, as well as preparing and cooking breakfast items to our high standards.
Operate till systems efficiently and accurately. Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen and breakfast service areas. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential. Ability to work independently and confidently once trained. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required. Food safety certification is advantageous.
