Summary

RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fabulous Retail Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience in our stores with innovative marketing plans and activations.

You’ll be responsible for delivering all marketing materials along with managing the local and shopping centre marketing activity to drive engagement and local initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Develop a proactive retail marketing plan for the business in alignment with the overall customer & brand strategy.

· Deliver Store campaigns in collaboration with internal stake holders, production, and POS suppliers.

· Manage and support marketing team of three people and effectively deliver strategy.

· Work with Suppliers and other brands for Partnerships and new opportunities.

· Support the team with management content and key agencies around digital screens and sound, print and holograms in stores.

· Identify new digital POS solutions, combined CMS systems, and new innovations to enhance the customer experience in stores.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· Experience in a similar role, you’re commercially minded and have excellent copywriting and editing skills. You can spot a typo a mile-off!

· You put the customer at the heart of all you do, you’re a people person who thrives when collaborating with different teams and people.

· Strong prioritisation, project management, organisational and time management skills.

· Extensive knowledge of retail to include local marketing and POS.

· The confidence and ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels.
