We are currently looking for a Lead Delivery Technician to join the team within our Devon Community Equipment Service Centre. This
position plays a crucial role in helping to transform the lives of those in need.



As a healthcare equipment provider, Millbrook Healthcare work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and
aids to support people in their day to day life. Our community equipment ranges from simple walking frames and crutches to more
complex equipment such as beds, hoists and pressure care equipment. We also carry out minor adaptations such as the installation
of handrails and grab rails within the home which can make a significant impact in giving people the confidence to live more
independently.

What will you be doing?

* Overseeing our fleet in Devon. That might be supporting with loading/unloading and then switching your attention to supporting
with route planning for techs and engineers.
* Delivering onsite driver training and maintaining records for it. You’ll hold check-in’s with drivers, and assess customer
interaction and driving standards.
* Closing of orders. Ensuring all orders from the previous day are completed and closed down correctly. You’ll run daily reports
to support with this.
* Assisting with administration tasks for the logistics team.
* Deputising for the Logistics Manager in their absence.



What skills and experience might you already have?

* Knowledge of stock control and logistics.
* You’ll have experience of work scheduling and planning.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential

* You must hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 2 years) with no more than 6 points
* You must be able to load and unload goods, some of which may be heavy
* You’ll be able to evidence times you have worked from your own initiative.
