Summary

Ambassador Supervisor (fixed term) 12 months

Location: Bracknell

Hourly rate £13.50 ph. (from 10.5hrs per week ( hours to be confirmed)

Shifts 3 out of 7 Monday to Sunday during core hours of

MON - FRIDAY 08:00-20:00

SATURDAY 08:00-21:00

SUNDAY 09:00-20:00

We have a great opportunity for an Ambassador Supervisor to support the Client Account Manager, leading the team, and being a point of contact for our client. A position that allows flexibility in both shifts and days worked during the week.

What you will be doing...


  • Leading and motivating the Ambassador team, making sure they have the tools and equipment to do their jobs
  • Patrolling and monitoring staff.
  • Preparing the Briefing for the team
  • Dealing with all enquiries and complaints
    * Preparing the weekly deployment (Rota) plan to the Client account Manager.
    * Excellent level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel and Outlook
    * Strong leadership skills
  • Speaking with the public and providing assistance with directions and issues they may have.
  • Experience in customer service and local knowledge useful although training will be given to the right candidate.
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Compiling reports on team's activities for the week and submitting them to the Client Account Manager.
  • Experience with reporting to senior management.
