Summary
A leading food manufacturer is looking for Logistics operators to work on the premises of its modern, automated, and clean site in the centre of Gloucester. The pay rate is £15.25 per hour.
12-hour shifts 5 days a week, rotating weekly, including occasional weekends.
Earlies: 06:30-18:30
Lates: 18:30-06:30
PREFERRED/DESIRABLE:
FLT Counterbalance Licence and/or Reach truck licence, on in-house training for FLT and/or Reach truck.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
*Must be flexible to work other units/carry out other tasks where trained. Reasonable degree of physical fitness required*
It may be required to work in cold temperatures of -18 degrees, but full PPE is provided.
Your Main Duties Will Include
- Movement of stock between departments
- Accurate recording of stock movement
- Picking and packing
- Maintaining tools and machinery
Annual leave entitlement is 28 days a year pro-rota for the first 12 weeks and 33 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays). Free parking and discounted staff shop and canteen.
