We are looking for a Bartender who has a passion and skill set for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you will have experience working in high-volume restaurants and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering a memorable guest experience.
We want JOIA to be the most talked about Restaurant around London. As our Bartender, we want you to bring a WOW factor to our guest experience.
As our Bartender, you will receive:
- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro-rata) - these increase with service!
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £11.85 (minimum contracted rate) to £16.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked - inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance
