Band 2 MSW - Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Location:Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

Role Description:Assisting midwives and other members of the healthcare team to support women and their families in all areas of maternity care.

This role will be based on the maternity wards. Shift timings are 0730-2000 and 1930-0800.


• The post holder will assist the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of a high quality family-centred, maternity.
• The post holder will support the midwife in all clinical areas in the care of women and babies.
• To ensure a safe clinical environment and high standard of personal care for women, their babies and their families in all clinical.
