What will your role look like?
• Set and achieve goals for the department
• Recruit, train, and motivate our team of body shop employees
• Manage the annual operating budget for the body shop
• Schedule and oversee the work of all body shop employees
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and customers
• Implement marketing strategies to increase business
• Monitor productivity and payroll records
• Provide fair estimates for body work
• Ensure proper repair procedures are followed
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and billing for repair orders
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Facilitate technical training for employees
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend equipment purchases
• Attend managers meetings and maintain a professional appearance
