About the role…

We are on the search for a Chef de Partie to join the team to join the team at our beautiful course on the site of Lingfield Park Resort. Set in picturesque village of Lingfield, the venue is part of Arena Racing Company's vast portfolio of properties, and there's never been a better time to join.

Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining and improving the standard of food preparation and service of the kitchen. You will undertake training and coaching of junior staff and Commis Chefs.

About you…

• GCSE or equivalent
• L2 Food Safety in Catering or equivalent /L2 Food Preparation
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef
• Previous experience within a branded hotel is a distinct advantage
