Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven experienced Telemarketer to join our team. As our Telemarketer, you will take incoming enquiries regarding government subsidised energy saving products. Your goal will be to qualify leads, and to schedule appointments for our survey teams.
Duties:
- Receive enquiries from potential customers
- Introduce and explain our products or services to prospects
- Answer questions about the products or services and address any concerns
- Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria
- Schedule appointments for the survey team with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customers and outcomes achieved
- Collaborate with the surveyors and management to ensure a high level of customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience in energy or eco telemarketing is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using telemarketing software and CRM systems
- Experience in appointment making, overcoming objections and working to targets
