HRGO Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Supermarket Replenisher to join our team in Horsham.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the shelves are fully stocked and organised in our supermarket. The Supermarket Replenisher will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store for our customers.
Please note this role is a temporary position, and will be ad-hoc shifts. (Requested when needed)
Responsibilities:
- Replenish and restock shelves with products in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure products are properly rotated to maintain freshness.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to the management team.
- Keep shelves and displays neat and organised.
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling products.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating products.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or supermarket setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
