This is a supporting role to the Ophthalmology and ENT PPC's at the Newark site - supporting the PPC's with tasks as directed to ensure robust targets are met. The role is responsible for filing of correspondence in patient notes, tracking patient notes in and out utilising the Trust's Hospital systems, transportation of patient notes to agreed areas round the site (using their casenotes trolley), answering telephones, booking and cancelling patient appointments -duties as directed to ensure no delays with the patients and their pathways.
