The Opportunity:

Step into the role of a Senior Care Assistant, leading, managing, and supporting a compassionate care team to ensure our residents receive top-tier care and services.

Your Responsibilities:

Drive relationship-centered, clinical, and dementia care.
Collaborate with the Care Manager for continuous assessment, planning, and implementation of resident care.
Guide and nurture the care team's growth through supervision and performance management.
Cater to residents' dietary needs, ensuring personalized and suitable meals.
Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and property management.
Foster relationship-centered care activities within the home.

Qualified candidates with NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Experienced professionals with at least 2 years in a care role.
