Summary

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering effective and engaging lessons.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address students' academic and behavioural needs.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of students.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the classroom.
