We are seeking Teaching Assistants with British Sign Language Knowledge and experience to join us in our partnered school to support children to fully access the curriculum and to thrive.

As a British Sign Language Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children with Hearing Impairments to develop their knowledge and usage of British Sign Language
Creating a calm and positive learning environment
Build a positive relationship with children you are working with
Support children with communication needs and development across the classroom
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A British Sign Language Qualification
Experience working with children with SEND
Passionate about supporting children to achieve and excel
A can do attitude

Our partnered school caters for pupils aged 2 to 19 with severe to profound multiple learning difficulties. The works to support each individual to provide opportunities to achieve success.
The school boasts excellent facilities including a warm water swimming pool, light and dark sensory rooms, art immersive classrooms and sensory gardens to name a few.
