Summary
We are looking for a nurturing and friendly SEN Support Assistant for our Alternative Provision School in Scarborough.
The full-time role is available immediately, providing ongoing support for pupils with mild-moderate SEN need (Part-time hours may be considered for the right applicant.).
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND needs would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
- Applications are welcomed from individuals with a passion for supporting the positive learning and development of children with SEND needs, including non-verbal, ASD and challenging behaviour.
- A kind, patient and caring nature would be advantageous, with the ability to adapt learning and activities to the needs of the individual pupil within your care, ranging from KS1 to KS4.
