The Stock Control Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate stock management and smooth warehouse operations. Your
primary responsibility will be to oversee stock investigation, perpetual inventory counting, and processing returns, while also
facilitating communication and coordination between various internal functions. Additionally, you will support administrative
tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.




Key responsibilities

* Conduct stock investigation activities to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy, taking appropriate corrective
actions
* Develop and maintain stock control procedures and documentation, including SOPs, and record keeping systems to streamline
operations and enhance efficiency.
* Perform perpetual inventory counting to maintain precise stock levels and minimise discrepancies.
* Process returns efficiently through the system and physically, ensuring correct documentation and inventory adjustment.
* Liaise effectively with all internal functions to coordinate stock-related activities and resolve issues promptly.
* Generate activity via Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring timely and accurate data recording and reporting.
* Support administrative, bond, and warehouse operations to facilitate smooth workflow and efficient stock control
* Work in strict accordance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance and promoting a safe
working environment.




About you

* Excellent time management skills, and capable of prioritising own workload and tasks effectively
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferable, with proficiency in Office 365 programs.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and
customers.
* Highly organised with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in stock control processes.
* Essential experience with MHE to perform warehouse tasks efficiently.
