Summary

Graduate HR Administrator

Milton Keynes

Permanent - Salary up to £27,000 plus 25 days hols, 3% company Pension, Health cash plan, free parking.

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Office based for the first 6 months - hybrid available, after you have passed probation with 3 days "in office" and 2 days "at home" each week.

This is an exciting graduate opportunity for someone looking to forge a long-term career in HR. We are recruiting for a well-established and successful hospitality business based in Milton Keynes. This position offers career growth and full training. Our client is happy to sponsor your CIPD to help you develop within your career. You will be supporting with the day-to-day administrative duties including on-boarding new starters, payroll, staff benefits and various HR projects. This is a varied role. Ideally you will have some retail or hospitality experience. In addition, you must have some admin experience within an office environment. We are searching for someone with great attention to detail, who is flexible, with a positive attitude. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute emails from the shared inbox to the HR team.
  • Run reports and support payroll using Excel.
  • Support with the communication around employee benefits.
  • Help with HR projects.
  • Ensure urgent requests from stakeholders are followed up.
  • Update information on the system accurately.
  • Admin for fundraising events.
  • General admin supporting the Head of HR and HR director.
  • Recruitment - finding talent for the business - writing adverts and screening CVs.
  • On boarding of new staff, including referencing, raising contracts, and updating new starter information.
  • Support internal stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Experience required:

  • Must be a graduate (2:1 ideally)
  • 1 years' work experience in Retail or hospitality
  • Must have 12 months office experience or more
