Summary
DC Personnel are recruiting a Bench Hand Joiner to work for a reputable and established business based in Leicester.
An excellent opportunity for a full time position within a busy and professional environment.
We are seeking experienced bench hand joiners to join our team on a full-time basis.
All skill levels welcomed to apply - Minimum 6 months experience to be considered
Pay:
£13 - £16 per hour (doe)
Overtime available - paid at overtime rates (Base rate, 1.5x and 2x depending on number of hours worked during the week)
Shifts:
7am-4pm
Monday to Friday
Early finish on a Friday
Immediate starts available
The Role:
To be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly and finishing of bespoke joinery, working from technical drawings.
Operate a range of machinery and handheld tools
To work both within a team and individually
Ensuring the work environment is left tidy

What we are looking for:
Have experience with bench joinery
Have experience working within the manufacturing and production industry
Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work with own initiative
Be confident in using a range of machinery as well as handheld tools
NVQ or equivalent desirable
Driving Licence and own transport preferable, but not essential
