Packing Operative
Outskirts of Newark/Lincoln
Days and Nights 4 on 4 off

Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role is responsible for packing processed (extruded) animal food, safely, to the required finished standard, as effectively as possible.
Duties:
• Running a packing line incl. product feed, bagging, technical checks and recording palletization, and finished product transfer to warehouse via FLT
• Creating stock (finished product and WIP) on CEMEX (stock system)
• Capture, segregation, and transfer of waste for rework
• Clean as you go, and wider site cleaning as and when required
A team player with a can do attitude is required for the role.
The successful Packing Operative must have manufacturing background in the food, pet food or FMCG.
