Harlow – Office Based

Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 15:30

Electronics Design Engineer required by a highly successful manufacturing company located in Harlow who are truly market leaders in the world class technology they bring to their customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company who have recently moved into a new premises.

Candidates will need experience in electronic product design, ideally with a focus on power electronics such as DC-DC converters. You will need experience using Altium design software for PCB layout design and schematic capture. You will also need experience with simulation and analysis tools.

Working within a small team, the Electronics Design Engineer will design and develop electronic circuits and systems to meet project requirements within one of the fastest growing privately owned companies.

The Electronics Design Engineer Role:

· Use Altium design software to create schematic designs, PCB layouts, and manufacturing documentation
· Conduct design reviews in line with industry standards such as IPC, ISO, REG10, CISPR25
· Conduct design verification tests against requirements on tolerances, stress calculations, temperature etc.
· Support the development of test plans
· Manage project timelines

The Electronics Design Candidate:

· Experience within electronic product design
· Experience using Altium design software
· Experience with simulation and analysis tools such as SPICE or MATLAB/Simulink.
· Experience conducting electrical design verification tests.
