Summary
Based in & around Rotherham area we are looking for general labour, multi trade & multi skilled members to join our team to help deliver void property maintenance/repairs in social housing as part of refurbishment contracts.
General works typically include:
Plaster Patching
Denailing/Making Good
Replacing Air vents
Silicome Seal
Basic Joinery
Tiling
Decorating
The ability to undertake minor external or garden works may also be useful.
Pay will be dependent on experience
