Summary
Due to rapid, continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, committed Operations Manager/ Deputy Practice Manager, to join our group of GP practices in Huddersfield. Fieldhead Surgery continually strives to improve work processes that deliver health care with improved results across all areas of our service provision. We are now looking for an Operations Manager/ Deputy Practice Manager, to be able to assist with and be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the clinical team. Day in the life of an Operations Manager; Working closely with the Management Team to manage the reception/admin staff and ensure the smooth running of the admin work Providing support to the Practice Manager in project work and in the running of key systems and procedures Managing data quality issues, providing support and guidance to practice staff in the use of the clinical systems to promote quality achievement Maintaining and updating the appointments ledger (SystmOne) Ensure communication systems are running smoothly; including keeping all clinical and admin staff are informed of changes Ensuring that documentation exists to support performance standards (I.e. QOF, Enhanced Services, etc.) Providing support and training to existing and new staff members The role will give you a high level of exposure to many administrative tasks as you work closely with the Practice Manager and is the perfect role for a talented, Primary care experienced, Secretary who is keen to take on a new challenge within a fast-paced environment. You must be available to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 - 18:30 on a rota pattern across all 4 sites.
