Are you the right person for the job?
- It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience of vehicle maintenance administration/service desk advisor, though applications from those with skills in a customer service or administrative role will be considered
- Applicants with purchase ledger experience would be an advantage
- Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face to face, written, and via the telephone
- The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
- Be computer literate
- Be eligible to work in the UK
What will your role as a Vehicle Maintenance Administrator look like?
- Report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager and working as part of a valued team
- Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries
- Ordering parts, liaising with vehicle technicians
- Invoicing customers.
- Other administrative tasks associated with the role.
