Summary
A Spanish-speaking nanny is required by a family based in Totteridge to look after their two school-aged children in the afternoons. They seek someone very flexible and creative who will happily manage drop-offs and pick-ups. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and proactive in all general nanny duties. Although school pick-up time is at 3:40 pm, ideally, the nanny will start earlier to prepare. While the school is close to the house, the children have numerous afterschool activities that the nanny must attend to. Fluency in Spanish is essential as the children attend a Spanish school, and the family would appreciate assistance in improving their Spanish skills. A valid first aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Duties include:
preparing healthy meals and snacks
washing and dressing the children
helping with homework
doing after school activities with the children
preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
doing arts and crafts
taking the children to parks and playgrounds
preparing them for bed and reading them stories
