Summary
A busy, family owned, West Yorkshire based window company is currently searching for a skilled part-time surveyor/fitter to join our already successful team.
The company prides itself on high quality products installed to very high standards, as such customer focused approach is a must.
As a skilled surveyor/installer of windows and doors, we require someone with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, especially if a survey/installation does not go as planned. Precision and accuracy, whether measuring or installing must be adhered to.
We also require excellent knowledge of current building regulations.
The company understands that for many customers having new windows and doors can be a massive upheaval for them, so working towards deadlines given to the customers hugely important.
The ideal candidate must be able to competently work independently, and as part of a team should certain jobs require extra hands.
We work locally which is within a 20 mile radius of the office in Wakefield with the majority of our work taking place in Leeds, Wakefield and Huddersfield.
A flexible approach to working hours can be worked out between the candidate and the company with the option of overtime to be discussed.
Excellent remuneration for the ideal candidate based on experience and/or skill set.
