WAREHOUSE PERSON/RETAIL COUNTER SALES PERSON/RELIEF DRIVER
JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE
• To assist in our busy stores/warehouse and goods inwards as directed by
others, and to assist in the service of customers at the trade/retail counter
• Processing and serving customers on our trade counter
• To receive and process Supplier orders
• Maintain and organise the warehouse as per bin locations and company
product codes
• Update and maintain computer input and output data
• Service of customers by understanding and resolving or forwarding
complaints; adjusting orders.
Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities
• Relief Delivery Driver
SKILLS REQUIRED
• GOOD TELEPHONE MANNER
• COMPUTER SKILLS
• COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• NUMERACY AND LITERACY
• LOGISTICS
• ORGANISATIONAL (ABLE TO THINK, PLAN AND MOTIVATE ONESELF)
• DEPENDABILITY

HOURS OF WORK
40 HOURS PER WEEK
+ BI WEEKLY SATURDAY AM 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
