Summary
Pay is from £11.44 to 12.50 per hour. Hours and pay are negotiable depending on experience. You will receive 28 days holiday (pro rata) a year inclusive of Bank holidays. A car or access to a car is desirable for the purchase and collection of stock. You will receive a petrol allowance to cover the cost of business mileage.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and serving 3 different choices of a main meal on Wednesdays and Thursdays for serving between 5pm to 7:30pm.
• Preparing and serving of full English breakfasts on Saturday mornings from 8am to 12 noon
• Preparing one light meal for visiting sports teams (skittles, and darts and dominoes)
• Purchasing of stock for the above meals
• Supervising the efficient running of the kitchen and service
• Clean down of kitchen after service has finished.
• Labelling, storage, and rotation of food
• Catering experience is desirable
• Possess a food hygiene certificate or be willing to train for one, at the cost of the Club.
The job is available for an immediate start.
