Summary
Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a vital part of our front-of-house staff, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of tables and dining areas.
• Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant promotions.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
