Summary
Role: Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Responsibilities:
1. Assess mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
2. Provide nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
3. Conduct therapy sessions and collaborate with mental health professionals.
4. Advocate for patients' rights and provide emotional support to patients and families.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and participate in professional development activities.
Requirements:
1. Registered Nurse qualification (RMN) with practicing license.
2. Right to work.
3. Enhanced Updated DBS.
4. Fit to work. (We help you to obtain FTW)
5. Training certificates with (Basic life support and Moving and handling practical)
6. Medication training certificate.
7. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
8. Experience in mental health nursing preferred.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Knowledge of mental health legislation and best practices.
