Summary

A temporary opportunity has arisen for an experienced chef to provide breakfast and lunchtime meals within a busy establishment which has tranquil, beautiful surroundings near the historic town of Caernarfon.

As a Breakfast/Commis Chef you will be:

• Preparing and presenting food
• Preparing breakfast & lunchtime meals
• Supporting the Kitchen with the delivery of lunchtime service
• Supporting the delivery of a menu and procedures to standards set within the brand guidelines

Please apply for the Breakfast/Commis Chef Job if you have:

• Previous experience as a cook/chef delivering excellent service standards
• An ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance requirements
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• A keen interest in food, including the use of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Flexibility to work hours beyond the specified schedule when necessary

This is a temporary position for approximately 6 weeks offering an hourly pay rate of £13.40 per hour + accrued holiday pay. Working hours are Typically 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday & 8:00am - 5pm on Weekends.
